Responsibilities
  • New Business Development: Web and Mobile Applications Sales(International Sales)
  • New opportunity identification; Identifying potential market and Client; Identify leads.
  • Gain client knowledge; decide client approach strategies leading to business development.
  • Creation and closing of new opportunities whenever possible; Quick Pick up and understanding of IT Solutions and Domain.
  • Client mapping/ analysis; Liaison with Client; Deciding band gap of particular potential client
  • Key drivers and challenges identification; Key contact identification; Build rapport and understanding with decision-making team; Bring client to company's policies and terms.
  • Develop client lists; Building relationships, penetrating client accounts.
  • Client requirement understanding; Understanding project scope; Understanding Client and solution landscape.
  • Generating high-impact sales materials- Site visit documents, proposals, tender response and presentations.
  • Bid defense and Client front end as needed.
  • Long Lead cycle Sales follow-up.
  • Techno commercial negotiations and Sales closure.
  • Resolve Pre-Sales and Post-proposal/ tender submission issues.
  • Demo and Presentations
Requirement
  • Work with proposal team to edit content/ perform quality writing and create impactful proposals; Collaborates with proposal section owners and subject matter contributors to assist in improving communications impact and proposal content quality.
  • Interfacing with aligned functions likes Sales, Technical, Legal, Quality Assurance, etc.
  • Solution Conceptualization along-with Technical team; Preparation of targeted solutions for Client requirements and forming an action plan; Finalize best project deliverables for Client in consultation with own sales/ technical team.
  • Analysis to break down key focus areas of Client; Strategic solution roadmap; Identifying big bet revenue generators.
  • Gather knowledge of proposed solution and client- specific value proposition; develop concepts into technically accurate, client- focused, benefits- oriented proposal content.
  • Perform quality check for client deliverables.
  • Demonstrate leadership and work proactively with internal teams; Collaborate/ communicate, participate in strategy sessions.
  • Build knowledge of various industries for industry relevant content.
  • Market understanding and opportunity identification; Market strategy and analysis for specific markets. Understanding new market dynamics.
