Responsibilities
- Minimum 5 years of extensive programming experience in RoR
- Must have excellent understanding of database designing
- Must be able to write RESTFUL APIs based on multiple servers
- Good understanding of the syntax of Ruby and its nuances
- Solid understanding of object-oriented programming
- Good understanding of server-side templating languages (such as Liquid, Slim, etc depending on your technology stack)
- Good understanding of server-side CSS preprocessors (such as Sass, based on project requirements)
- Basic understanding of front-end technologies, such as JavaScript, HTML5, and CSS3
Skills
- Good Communication Skill
- Design, build, and maintain efficient, reusable, and reliable Ruby code
- Identify bottlenecks and bugs, and devise solutions to these problems
- Help maintain code quality, organization and automatization
- Must be able to work as a team
- Self-initiator
- Learner
